We need to update the Contexts documentation, currently found at
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/docs/Contexts

to reflect the latest 1.5 state of affairs. It's been suggested that we use the diagram from the demands resolution page (http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/docs/Demand+Resolution or http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/infusion14/Demand+Resolution), plus some explanation.
