Description
Since Decapod no longer exists in the context of a larger web application, the space originally set aside for site navigation can be remove or re-purposed.
Update the UI to better use the navigation bar space.

2012-06-25T16:05:05.723-0400 I think we will keep the navbar since Decapod will be a collection of webapps. There still needs to be some navigation to help the user access the different components.
